ENG- Plania is a pilot project defined for the construction of a 200sqm villa in the lower Lazio countryside. Obtained on the basis of a regular 5x5m mesh, the design thus defined envisages a public area on the ground floor and a private area on the first floor. The high standardization of the building is allowed by its formal simplification.

ITA - Plania è un progetto pilota definito per la realizzazione di una villa di 200mq nella campagna del basso Lazio. Ricavato sulla base di una maglia regolare 5x5m, il disegno così definito prevede una zona pubblica al piano terra e una privata al primo piano. L'elevata standardizzazione dell'edificio è consentita dalla sua stessa semplificità formale.
