VIA GIULIA / INPUT ENG - Via Giulia is a microapartment in the historic centre of Rome . The project is a funny experiment about an existence minimum paradigm, right in the historic centre of Rome, in the famous via Giulia . The client's request was to create a minimum space in which to place the activities connected to a short stop during a working day. Everything is designed as if we were on a boat, hence a Murphy bed, a custom-made mini kitchen and a small bathroom (with no windows). CASA B / INPUT ENG - Casa B is a 180sqm single-family house designed for the needs of smart working era and the appropriate separation of residential areas. The entrance is designed as a distribution spot with a walnut built-in wardrobe and connection to the living room and kitchen. The dining area is connected to the kitchen through an internal window that connects the two rooms while keeping them suitably separated. The kitchen leads to the corridor leading to the bedrooms and the corridor itself also connects to the study area which acts as a filter with respect to the living room. A circular route is thus defined which allows for well-separated, although communicating, areas. ITA - Casa B è una residenza unifamiliare di circa 180mq, disegnata per le necessità di un epoca in cui lo smart working, e forme ibride di lavoro, sono delle necessità che si riflettono sul modo di vivere la residenza. L'ingresso è concepito come un nodo distributivo, collegando a sinistra la cucina e a destra l'ampio living. Nella nicchia frontale è progettato un armadio su misura in essenza di noce. La zona pranzo è collegata alla cucina attraverso un elemento passavivande , che consente di avere il vantaggio di accorciare il percoso, pur mantenendo all'occorrenza ben separati i due ambiti. La cucina conduce anche al corridoio che porta alle camere da letto. Il corridoio si biforca per raggiungere lo spazio studio, che fa da filtro rispetto al living vero e proprio. Si definisce perciò una circolazione ad anello che consente di avere ambienti ben comunicanti ma opportunamente separati.
